WeddingSeva operates purely as a matchmaking directory linking couples with independent wedding vendors. We do not act as agents or coordinate booking contracts directly. Any agreements, down payments, or scheduling commitments are entirely between the client and the vendor.
2. Vendor Account Responsibilities
Vendors registering profiles must provide accurate pricing, authentic portfolios, and verified contact numbers. Listing misleading prices, copyrighted images from other vendors, or using multiple fake profiles will result in immediate and permanent account deletion.
3. Limitation of Liability
WeddingSeva is not liable for any disputes, service cancellations, quality issues, or financial losses arising from vendor bookings. We recommend checking reviews, writing formal contracts, and checking certificates before making deposit payments.
4. Prohibited Website Use
Users may not scrape directory lists, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or submit fake customer inquiries to harass competitors. Any suspicious activity will be monitored and blocked.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
